Why We Started

Bayou City Powder Coating & Blasting started because Houston metal takes a beating. Humid air rusts bare and chipped steel, salt air from the bay reaches the southeast side, hurricanes and floods leave trailers and fences rusting, and the sun fades ordinary paint. We saw a lot of metal that could be saved with the right prep and a real finish, and a lot of customers who wanted straight answers instead of guesswork.

What we value is simple: tell you the right process for the part, do the prep that makes the finish last, give you a clear quote set after we see the job, and be on time for pick-up and delivery. We coat metal — gates, fences, security bars, railings, patio furniture, trailers, brackets, wheels and automotive parts, equipment and commercial metal — and we blast paint, rust and old coatings off metal, concrete, stone, brick and wood.
